What You'll Need:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Endorsement
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric speech therapy
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for elementary school students with communication disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans to support student progress and IEP goals
- Deliver dynamic therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
- Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and document progress in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
