This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in school settings, including teletherapy and pediatric healthcare. Located in Jersey City, NJ, this contract position supports an elementary school student population with a manageable caseload of 15 students. The assignment is a leave coverage role offering a chance to apply your skills in a focused educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid NJ SLP Licensure required
- Credentialed as an SLP with CCC preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and elementary age groups
- Competence in teletherapy services is a plus
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to an elementary school-aged caseload
- Deliver assessments, individualized treatment plans, and progress reporting
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Utilize teletherapy effectively when required as part of service delivery
- Maintain all documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare standards
