Job Description

An opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic high school environment in Issaquah, WA. This position focuses on a caseload of up to 21 students, addressing mild to moderate speech and language needs. The role is set to commence ASAP and run through June 20, 2025, offering flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications:

  • CCC-SLP certification
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Familiarity with school settings, particularly high school age
  • Valid Washington State SLP License
  • OSPI fingerprint clearance within the last six months
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team

Location:

  • Issaquah, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes
  • Conduct therapy sessions in a one-on-one or small group setting, ensuring focused and effective instruction
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required
