Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
• Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to design individualized treatment plans and maintain thorough documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet student needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, sessions, and student progress
