Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid California license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • CTC (California Teaching Credential) required
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with varied speech and language disorders and treatment strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and interventions
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions as per IEP requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
