Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to facilitate effective communication strategies.
• Deliver direct speech therapy services in one-on-one and group settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student services and outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and school policies.
