Qualifications:

• Missouri State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in a school setting
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload

Location:

• Independence, MO

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and service delivery
• Manage a caseload of 46 service students and 13 case-managed students
• Engage in both direct therapy and consultation as required
