An opportunity is available for a skilled candidate to support students across multiple K-12 school settings in Independence, MO. This full-time position involves working with a diverse caseload, focusing on providing comprehensive speech and language services to meet the needs of students from varying backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• Current Missouri Speech Language Pathologist License
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within school settings
• Proficient in teletherapy practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Location:

• Independence, MO (Itinerant position across three school locations)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students overall development
• Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered and student progress
