A healthcare facility in Independence, MO is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a contract position during the current school year (CSY). This role is ideal for candidates with experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs or appropriate certification/licensure for SLPAs
• Experience in healthcare or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support pediatric patients
• Ability to successfully manage caseloads within both healthcare and educational environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to children in school or healthcare settings
