Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a middle school and high school caseload, serving approximately 25 to 30 students with moderate disabilities. This role is ideal for an experienced professional holding a current Maryland SLP license who is seeking a permanent hire opportunity in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students with moderate disabilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
  • Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation of each students progress

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid Maryland SLP licensure for school-based practice
  • Experience working with students in middle and high school settings preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 25-30 students with moderate disabilities
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
