Job Description

An opportunity exists for dedicated specialists to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment located in Huntersville, NC. This contract position for the 2025-2026 school year requires dedicated professionals to begin on August 4, 2025, and work for 37.5 hours per week at a single school location.

Qualifications:

  • Valid North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development
