Job Description

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and valid SLP credentials required
  • CCC or CFY accepted
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare speech-language pathology desirable
  • Familiarity with a range of communication and language disorders in children
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students Pre-K through 5th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Participate in IEP meetings and prepare relevant documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure integration of therapy goals within the learning environment
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, supporting their academic and social success
