Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available at a K-12 school in Soledad, CA, offering an opportunity to deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across multiple schools. This contract role is scheduled to run from ASAP through June 11, 2026, providing a collaborative and supportive environment to work with diverse age groups within the school district.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person speech and language therapy to K-12 students.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to each students needs.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and records.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Work onsite full time with a mixed caseload across multiple schools.

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC certification.
  • Experience in school settings preferred, including pediatric caseloads.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational skills for documentation and IEP compliance.
  • Commitment to student-centered therapy and family engagement.

Location: Soledad, CA (onsite required)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
