Job Description

Location: Hollister, CA area

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support overall student development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Current California Speech-Language Pathologist License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, and teletherapy is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the K-12 education system and IEP processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within a school setting.
