Key Qualifications:

• Current PEL with Speech-Language Pathologist Endorsement required
• SLP-CCC credential preferred
• Experience working with school-aged children, including conducting evaluations and delivering direct therapy
• Strong ability to manage a caseload (cap at 45) and provide outstanding communication with staff and families
• Team-oriented mindset, with flexibility to assist as program needs arise

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals for students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Manage and document student progress for a caseload not exceeding 45 students
• Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility meetings
• Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing program improvement
• Uphold ethical standards and practices in all interactions and documentation
