Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech Language Pathologist License; Clinical Fellowship accepted
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Knowledge of current speech and language therapy practices
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other specialists

Location:

  • Hayward, CA (Onsite at a K-12 School)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students communication needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment
  • Deliver therapy in a variety of settings, adapting techniques to meet diverse student needs
