Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Preferred experience working in a school-based setting
- Confident in delivering services to elementary, middle, and high school students
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education procedures
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt speech therapy techniques to different age groups and learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services tailored to student needs and goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success in the classroom
- Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
