Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year, focusing on elementary-aged students. Key Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Communication Disorders required
- Current, valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Completion of fingerprinting and background check
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings, including teletherapy
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Comfort with traveling between multiple school locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Developing, implementing, and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintaining accurate records and participating in scheduled team meetings and administrative activities
- Providing both in-person and remote speech and language therapy services as required by the assignment
Schedule and Details:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- The contract runs from August 18, 2026, to May 27, 2027
- Hybrid work option included (combination of on-site and teletherapy)
- Focus on elementary students at various school sites
