Job Description
Make a meaningful impact in education as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting early learners in a K-2 Early Childhood program. This full school year contract for 2026-2027 offers the rewarding opportunity to champion communication growth and help students achieve academic success.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows will also be considered
- Experience working in a school setting, ideally with early childhood or K-2 populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to supporting individualized student needs and working with diverse backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in the early childhood and K-2 classrooms
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and service delivery
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
