A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Soledad, CA. This contract position runs through the current school year, starting ASAP until June 11, 2026, serving multiple schools with a mixed caseload of students. This role requires providing in-person speech and language therapy to children across a range of grade levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy services onsite.
- Developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs.
- Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate student records.
- Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Required qualifications:
- California licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school and healthcare settings.
- Capability to manage a mixed caseload effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators and families.
