Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
