Step into an exciting, full-time role as a Speech Language Pathologist, supporting students during the entire 2026-2027 school year. This onsite contract opportunity provides the chance to work closely with a diverse student population in a vibrant educational environment near Gloucester, VA. You'll be an integral part of a dedicated team, collaborating to address the communication and developmental needs of children from various backgrounds.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Virginia SLP License required
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) eligible and welcomed
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping children achieve success in communication

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Provide direct therapy services according to students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Keep thorough documentation of progress and communicate effectively with the educational team
