Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• State SLP licensure (Texas)
• Prior success in a school environment providing speech and language therapy
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites as assigned
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a diverse multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 60 students with diverse needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions in line with educational goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress records for each student
• Liaise with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement and engagement
• Adapt services and scheduling across several locations as needed within the district
