Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to make a significant impact in a K-12 school setting in California for the 20252026 school year. This position involves working closely with a collaborative team of educators and therapists to address the diverse communication needs of students.

Location: Fremont, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals, actively participating in IEP meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students communication needs.
  • Manage a varied caseload based on experience and district requirements (PreK12).

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Active California SLP License or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
