Job Description

This opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in a K-12 educational setting in Fountain Inn, SC. This full-time, onsite contract position is designed for a motivated professional to support students communication development across elementary grades. The role offers a caseload of approximately 45 students, providing a meaningful impact through individualized therapy and collaboration with educators.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech-language evaluations and developing tailored therapy plans
  • Delivering direct therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student progress
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and school policies
  • Participating in professional development and team meetings to stay current with best practices

Qualifications:

  • Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) accepted
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
