Job Description

A rewarding opportunity awaits for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position is situated near Fountain, CO and involves working full-time, Monday through Friday, across several school sites within a vibrant district. The schedule provides 37.5 hours per week with paid administrative time and opportunities for collaboration included. What were looking for:

  • Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work with a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites
  • Willingness to supervise clinical fellows (potential opportunity)

Primary responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, maintain records, and provide data-driven reports for student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and school-related events as needed
  • Adapt to a flexible, itinerant schedule, serving students across multiple locations
