A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in pediatrics and school-based services is needed to support K-12 students in a dynamic Colorado school district. The role primarily involves working with students from Kindergarten to 8th grade on assessment, evaluations, and therapy to address their speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for K-8 students
• Provide individualized speech therapy and intervention services
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop effective communication plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
• Travel between assigned schools within the district (itinerant assignment) as required

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado SLP Licensure and Department of Education (DOE) Certification
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting
• Strong understanding of caseload and workload models in education
