Sunbelt is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists for full-time, on-site school-based positions in Fort Worth, Texas for the 20262027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative team while supporting K12 students in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K12 student populations
- Manage a caseload of approximately 6065 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services aligned with student goals
Position Details:
Setting: School-based (likely 1 campus assignment; final placement TBD)
Caseload: ~6065 students
Schedule: Full-time, up to 37.5 hours/week
Work Model: 100% on-site (no teletherapy/virtual services)
Requirements:
- Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist License (SLP)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseload and maintain compliance documentation
Preferred:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Credentialing Requirements (Time-Sensitive):
Fingerprinting through the Texas Education Agency (TEA) required
