Job Description

This opportunity seeks dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services across PreK12 settings in a full-time contract position for the upcoming school year (20252026). With openings spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels, professionals with a passion for pediatric speech therapy can expect a supportive environment focused on delivering quality care and developmentally appropriate intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and services to students with mild to moderate disabilities.
  • Manage an average caseload of approximately 55 students, with some sites offering Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) support where caseloads are higher.
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and administration to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation consistent with school policies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and in-house training initiatives.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • Valid California SLP License or California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) credential required.
  • Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, school-based, teletherapy, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) settings is welcomed.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule between 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week, with a typical 6.5-hour onsite day (8-hour days can be accommodated with appropriate proof of work).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
