Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Ohio
  • Current Ohio Educator Certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Previous school-based experience advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering positive learning experiences for all students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Monitor, document, and evaluate student progress toward IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development activities
