Job Description

This full-time, on-site position near Belfair, WA offers a rewarding opportunity to work with early learning and elementary school students, ages 3 to 5 years old. The role includes supporting developmental preschool programs, providing itinerant services, and conducting child find evaluations to identify and assist students with speech and language needs.

Preferred candidates will have expertise across multiple areas including school-based speech-language pathology, healthcare settings, pediatrics, teletherapy, and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience. ASHA certification and an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification for Washington State are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to young children in early learning and elementary school environments
  • Conduct child find evaluations to identify students requiring speech-language support
  • Support developmental preschool programs and itinerant student services
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized intervention plans

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Washington State ESA certification
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in schools and healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or relevant experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
