Job Description
A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at an elementary school in Fayetteville, NC. This role supports students' communication development through assessment and intervention.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification, with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- Experience working in school settings with children at the elementary level
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to student goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Consult with teachers and families to support student success
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
