Job Description

A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at an elementary school in Fayetteville, NC. This role supports students' communication development through assessment and intervention.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP certification, with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • Experience working in school settings with children at the elementary level
  • Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to student goals
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Consult with teachers and families to support student success
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
