Job Description

This full-time opportunity spans the entire school year (August 2026 through May 2027) and is well-suited for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists holding active licensure with the Colorado Department of Education. Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active Colorado SLP license in good standing, with CDE certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Demonstrated experience in a school setting preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across various grade levels
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Monitor student performance and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
  • Serve as a resource to staff by offering strategies and interventions for diverse student needs
