A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide essential services across three middle schools within a K-12 setting in Escondido, CA. This temporary contract role will cover a leave of absence, offering a chance to impact student communication development in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to middle school students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings to support student success
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology licensure is required
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to manage caseload effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized therapy services
