Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with K-12 students
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Location:

• Elma, WA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct therapy services to a manageable caseload of 5055 PreK5th grade students
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
