Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with educational staff
  • Strong assessment and testing skills to evaluate student needs
  • Ability to deliver direct therapy and participate in IEP meetings

Location:
Elma, WA (Onsite at a K-12 School)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, tailored to individual needs
  • Conduct assessments and testing to identify students' speech and language difficulties
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals during IEP meetings
  • Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans based on assessment results
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy as needed
