Job Description

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Elk River, MN. This contract position offers the chance to provide essential speech and language services to a diverse student population in a school setting.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering intervention services to students with communication disorders. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress is an integral part of the role. Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines will also be required.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Valid State of Minnesota SLP license or eligibility
  • Experience working within a school setting providing speech and language services
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
