Job Description

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong background in pediatric and school-based settings. This position is based in Elgin, IL, serving an elementary school population throughout the current school year (CSY) on a contract basis.

Qualified candidates will have experience and credentials including:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Speech-Language Pathology experience within healthcare and pediatric environments
  • Completion or near completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Proven skills working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children
  • Familiarity with evidence-based strategies to support speech and language development in young learners

Responsibilities for this role include delivering comprehensive speech and language evaluations, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with educators and families, and documenting progress in accordance with professional standards and school policies.
