Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with ASD

Location:

  • Elgin, IL, with accessibility to nearby communities such as Algonquin, Streamwood, and South Elgin.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, intervention, and support services to a caseload of 45 K-12 students with varying speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by state regulations
  • Offer guidance and supervision to SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) staff
  • Engage with families to foster understanding and support for student needs
