Qualifications:

  • Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide direct therapy services and maintain appropriate documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
