A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in two schools within a district located near Edison, NJ. This position is ideal for professionals with pediatric and school-based experience, including those holding Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.

Location: Edison, New Jersey (serving schools in the nearby district)
Scheduled Hours: Approximately 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Assignment Duration: ASAP start through June 19, 2026
Caseload: Itinerant position covering two schools, primarily serving students from early childhood through 5th grade, focused on managing overflow caseload needs

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP certification with CCC preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations
• Ability to provide speech-language therapy services aligned with educational settings
• Knowledge of IEP processes and related documentation systems beneficial
• Comfortable working in itinerant capacity across multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
• Collaborate with educational teams to support IEP development and implementation
• Manage caseload efficiently, covering overflow to meet student needs
• Participate in team meetings and relevant administrative duties as required
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with district policies
