Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin SLP License
- WI Department of Education Certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech-language needs
- Advocate for student communication access and integration in classroom environments
