Job Description

This contract opportunity is for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position serving elementary students in grades K-5. The assignment runs from late November 2025 through March 2026 in the Minneapolis, MN area, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners during the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students, addressing disorders in articulation, fluency, voice, language, and social communication.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and work collaboratively with educators and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP License required.
  • Possession of Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA or Credentialed as SLP-CFY preferred.
  • Experience in school-based speech therapy, especially within K-5 age groups.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with children and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
