Job Description

This full-time Speech Language Pathologist opportunity supports a K-12 educational setting in Eden Prairie, MN, focusing on a high-needs district. The contract runs from February 2026 through the end of the school year, providing a meaningful environment to impact student communication and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across all grade levels
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary
  • Support students in overcoming communication challenges to enhance academic success and social interaction
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings as required

Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current licensure as a School SLP-CCC in Minnesota
  • Previous experience working in a high-needs classroom setting with diverse student populations
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt strategies to meet varying student needs
