A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the current school year at a K-12 school located in Easton, MD. This contract role offers approximately 35 hours per week, managing a caseload of 45-50 elementary students. The student population primarily includes individuals with Other Health Impairments (OHI), Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to a diverse caseload of elementary students.
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student communication needs.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Maryland SLP license.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially in schools, preferred.
