Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the needs of each student.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication strategies are in place.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and progress in compliance with school regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to clinical fellows during their practicum experiences.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a valid SLP license.
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within a school setting.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with IEP development and the special education process.
