Job Description

Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist in the greater Dover, PA region. Experienced SLPs and strong Clinical Fellows are invited to make a difference for either Early Intervention or K-12 populations during the 2026-2027 academic year.

Role Details:

  • Two full-time SLPs needed for grades K-12, with a balanced caseload of approximately 50-55 students across two elementary buildings. Youll deliver in-person therapy, collaborate with both regular and autism support staff, and handle some case management. Work hours are 8:00am3:30pm, Monday through Friday, for a total of 35 hours per week.
  • One full-time SLP is sought for Early Intervention, providing services to children ages 3-5 with special education needs in New Oxford/Gettysburg. Year-round position featuring frequent school breaks and scheduled time dedicated to paperwork.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology certification in Pennsylvania
  • Possession of a current PA teaching certificate required at the time of application
  • Previous experience in school-based SLP services (K-12 or Early Intervention) is preferred
  • CFs with eligible supervision arrangements will be considered
  • SLPAs are not eligible for these positions
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and case management abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy for school-aged or preschool children
  • Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans in coordination with educational staff
  • Maintain documentation and manage caseload paperwork
  • Contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
