Youll work directly alongside the current SLP, ensuring consistent, high-quality care for a small, manageable caseload, all within one supportive school community.

Key Qualifications:

• Active PEL with LBS1 endorsement required
• Experience with middle school students or similar age groups preferred
• Comfortable working with mild to moderate disabilities
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Dedication to ethical, student-centered practice

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to 1520 middle school students
• Collaborate with the on-site SLP, teachers, and support personnel to ensure coordinated care
• Contribute to and document progress on IEP goals
• Participate in team meetings and panels as needed
• Engage families in the therapy process when appropriate
• Complete required district onboarding and fingerprinting prior to your start date

Role Details:

• Contract runs from 8/19 to 5/28
• Work 23 days per week (1319.5 hours), allowing for a flexible schedule
• Manage a single school assignment for consistency and relationship-building
• In-person panel or 1:1 interview (timing to be scheduled)
