Make a meaningful difference supporting K-12 students as a Speech Language Pathologist in a dynamic onsite school setting. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to empower students' communication growth and provide vital support to a diverse caseload. You'll collaborate with educators and families, using your expertise to help students reach their full potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Illinois SLP License
- PEL with Speech Endorsement
- CCC credentials required
- Previous experience in schools or with K-12 populations (preferred)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing documentation
- Deliver both group and one-on-one sessions for a K-12 caseload
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy and legal compliance
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to reinforce therapy goals

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
