Job Description

An elementary school in Denton, TX is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapy services on a full-time contract basis through the current school year. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communication development of young students in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct case management for assigned students
  • Deliver both direct and indirect speech therapy services tailored to individual needs
  • Track and document progress to ensure student goals are met and adjust plans accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in speech therapy services
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to successfully manage caseload and collaborate with educators and families

Schedule and Duration:

  • 37.5 hours per week, full-time
  • Contract position running from ASAP through the end of the current school year
